The North American Plant Protection Organization (NAPPO) and the National Plant Protection Organization of the United States invite you to attend the 42nd NAPPO Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held October 22-25, 2018, at the Westward Look Wyndham located in the desert foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains in Tucson, Arizona, USA. Situated on 80 scenic acres of desert oasis, the property has four specialty gardens and more than 240 native and exotic plant species on its grounds. The property also offers spectacular views of the mountains, desert, sunsets, and city lights.
During the meeting, plant health protection officials from the United States, Mexico, and Canada will join regional industry leaders and invited guests from other countries for an informative and stimulating program covering regional and international plant pest issues and plant health standards. The meeting will also feature a one-day symposium titled "Less is More: Precision Safeguarding.” This symposium will explore strategies for leveraging data, analytics, and technology to optimize plant protection services and focus safeguarding activities and resources on higher risks.
We look forward to welcoming everyone at the 2018 NAPPO Annual Meeting.
