Registration includes attendance to all meetings, the reception, the awards dinner, and breakfast on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings. There are additional charges for each accompanying guest. Please register by Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
If you are not registered by October 15, you must register on-site in Tucson and may pay with cash (U.S. dollars only) or credit card via PayPal.
Early Bird Registration is $350.00 if paid by August 31, or $375.00 starting September 1 and if paid in person at the meeting.
Your registration fee may be paid online. Cash payments are only possible on-site at the registration desk, and only in U.S. dollars.
Note for USDA APHIS participants: PPQ's International Phytosanitary Standards office will contact you and invite you to register.
Online meeting registration is open until 10:00 PM, Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Ensure you have read all instructions when registering online. After you complete the initial online meeting registration form, indicate whether you will attend the reception and dinner, and whether you will bring an accompanying guest(s), and select menu choices for yourself and your accompanying guest(s).
The NAPPO Annual Meeting will take place at Tucson Marriott University Park.
The registration desk will be located in the foyer of the Ventana room, and be available during the following times:
Monday October 21 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Tuesday October 22 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday October 23 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM
