Country Consultation 2026

Dear NAPPO Stakeholders,
Thank you for your interest in participating in the country consultation process for the NAPPO Regional Standard for Phytosanitary Measures 8 (RSPM 8: The authorization of individuals to issue phytosanitary certificates). Your feedback is highly valued and will help the NAPPO Expert Group prepare the final version of this document.

Please follow the steps below to submit your comments on the revised RSPM 8:

   Open the downloaded file in Microsoft Word and insert your comments using the Track Changes feature. It is essential that all comments be made using this feature.
3. Submit your comments
   Once you have finished reviewing the document:

• For stakeholders in the NAPPO region (Canada, the United States, and Mexico):

should email the MS Word file with comments to the point of contact (expert group member or Advisory and Management Committee member) as listed in the table below.

• For stakeholders outside the NAPPO region:
