The registration fee is $250.00 USD for each participant and includes attendance to all meetings, the reception, and the awards dinner. If a spouse or guest is accompanying you to the meeting, additional charges apply as follows: $30.00 USD for the reception and $50.00 USD for the dinner. Please submit your registration form by September 22, 2017; if you are not registered by then you will need to register on-site.
Your registration fee can be paid online using the PayPal link provided below or you may pay in cash in U.S. dollars at the meeting registration desk.
