USDA-APHIS participants are by invite only. USDA-APHIS-PPQ’s International Phytosanitary Standards’ office will contact selected participants and invite them to register. For questions contact, Melonie.J.Torillo(at)usda.gov

Registration deadline September 30, 2019. After this date, you will have to register onsite.


Be sure to read all screen instructions when registering online. After completing the initial registration form, you will be directed to a new web page to select activities of interest (welcome reception and site visit and awards dinner), including indicating if you will bring guests and selecting menu choices for yourself and your guest(s).

Online meeting registration is open until 6:00 p.m. September 30, 2019.

You may also register onsite:

    • Monday, Oct. 28 from 14:00-17;00 hours
    • Tuesday, Oct. 29 from 7:30-17:00 hours
    • Wednesday. Oct. 30 from 7:30-10:00 hours
